Community involvement is a central focus of Saint Clement and is expected of all families accepted into the school. Parents are strongly encouraged and expected to participate and volunteer in the fund raising effort which directly supports their child's education at Saint Clement!
In the 2009-2010 school year, there will be one main fundraiser – The Anchor Ball. The Ball is a parish-wide black-tie fundraising gala typically held in early March. The Anchor Ball generates the majority of funds raised for the school and all parents are asked to donate time to help organize and attend this event.
In addition to the Anchor Ball, the Saint Clement Parents Association will run a letter campaign in the late summer/early fall to solicit additional funds needed to support the School budget.
All funds raised by the SCPA through the letter campaign and the Anchor Ball are used directly by the School to meet annual expenses including teacher salaries, school maintenance, teacher bonuses and more. Through our collective efforts to raise money for St.Clement, we continue to build and reinforce the strong sense of community which makes our School a unique and wonderful place to be!
